Our wellness retreats are designed for folks who need a real pause, not another overloaded schedule. We blend gentle movement like yoga with guided meditation, breathing practices, and quiet time so your nervous system can settle. Sessions are body-neutral, trauma-aware, and welcoming of all genders, sizes, and abilities; you choose what feels right for you in each moment. We offer spaces for journaling, light stretching, or simply resting with a cup of tea, without pressure to talk if you're not ready. When requested, we can weave in identity-affirming circles for LGBTQIA and BIPOC guests who want room to process in community. You head back to daily life with a calmer body, a clearer mind, and a few simple practices you can keep using long after the retreat ends.

This will be a 30 min call to go over the offerings.
